These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pv-story.com (the “Service”), operated by InstaPVStory (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What InstaPVStory is

InstaPVStory is a free web-based tool that lets you view publicly available Instagram stories and highlights without needing to log in to an Instagram account. The Service works by retrieving content that the relevant Instagram account has already made public, and displaying it to you in your browser. We don’t provide access to private accounts, and we don’t bypass Instagram’s own privacy or security controls.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old to use InstaPVStory. By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use InstaPVStory to harass, stalk, monitor, or intimidate any person.
• Attempt to access private or restricted Instagram content, or use the Service to circumvent Instagram’s privacy settings.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service’s underlying infrastructure.

You are responsible for using InstaPVStory in a way that respects the rights and privacy of others, including complying with Instagram’s own Terms of Use where applicable.

3. Content and intellectual property

Any Instagram stories, highlights, images, or other content you view through InstaPVStory remain the property of the original Instagram account holder or applicable rights owner. InstaPVStory does not claim ownership over any third-party content displayed through the Service. The InstaPVStory name, logo, and the design of this website are our own property or used under license, and may not be copied or used without permission.

4. No affiliation with Instagram

InstaPVStory is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. “Instagram” and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

InstaPVStory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — Instagram may change its platform at any point in ways that temporarily or permanently affect how InstaPVStory works, and we can’t guarantee against that.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaPVStory and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Your use of InstaPVStory is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Access and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time — for example, to prevent abuse, protect the Service’s security, or comply with a legal obligation — without prior notice.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use InstaPVStory after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing approach

These Terms are intended to be read and applied in good faith, consistent with applicable consumer protection and online service laws in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
