When you watch a story through InstaPVStory, the request never comes from your Instagram account — it comes from InstaPVStory loading the account’s publicly available story media. Instagram’s “seen by” list only ever records views that happen inside the Instagram app while logged in, so an anonymous viewer never appears there.
