InstaPVStory respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of pv-story.com to do the same. This policy explains how InstaPVStory handles copyright, and how to submit a notice if you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that infringes your rights.

How InstaPVStory handles content

InstaPVStory lets you view Instagram stories and highlights that an account has already made public. We don’t host a permanent public library of that content — the Service retrieves and displays it in response to a specific request, in order to show it to you in your browser. We do not knowingly store or redistribute copyrighted material beyond what’s technically necessary to display it as part of that one-time viewing request.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on a copyright owner’s behalf, and you believe that content accessible through InstaPVStory infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice requesting that we address it. To be effective, your notice should include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL or username) that we can locate it.
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send notices to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” We will review valid notices and take appropriate action.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringer policy

We take copyright seriously. Where appropriate, we may restrict or terminate access to the Service for users or use patterns that are repeatedly associated with infringing activity.

A note on Instagram’s own policies

Because InstaPVStory only displays content that account holders have chosen to make public on Instagram, many copyright concerns are best addressed directly through Instagram’s own reporting tools, which can act on the original content and account. We’re glad to help route valid concerns as well.
